Holiday Closure: November 27th to January 7th

There are far too many delays with holiday shipping volumes during the full month of December. 2yrs ago we placed an embargo on shipping animals for all of December and it was the best decision for animal safety.

If Canada Post decides to strike in December this will create a perfect storm that adds to the already messy situation as it would add millions of extra parcels with the private carriers (FedEx, UPS etc).

We'll post this a few more times in November as reminders. We'd appreciate it if you would share this to get the word out 🙌
